The Order Process:When you place an order, a specialty roaster will begin to prepare your coffee. Once roasted, your coffee is shipped within 48 hours. You will receive a tracking link so you can follow along every step of the way.
The Coffees:For each delivery, your coffee subscription will get you a different coffee based on your preferences. If you’d like to swap to a specific coffee, or if you’d like to repeat a previous delivery, you can do so using your subscription dashboard.
Frequency:Coffee Subscriptions roast and ship every month. You get 1kg of coffee for each delivery.
Equilibrium subscriptions are curated around specific coffee styles depending on the type of roast and on the method you will brew your coffee.
Simply select your desired style and we’ll work with specialty roasters across Europe (locally or internationally) to deliver a rotating selection of fresh coffee.
If you choose to create a custom
subscription, we will curate a plan around you. You simply take a short quiz to let us know what types of coffees you are interested in, and we will tailor your deliveries to your exact preferences.
Of course. There’s no commitment with an Equilibrium coffee subscription. You can easily pause your subscription or adjust your next order date from your subscription dashboard.
Our priority is delivering coffee that you’ll love on your terms. If you’d prefer a different delivery schedule, or coffee style after your first delivery, you can adjust your preferences using your subscription dashboard.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your first delivery for any reason, just contact our Customer Experience team within one week of receiving your first order so we can make it right.
