The Familia Primavera lot was created from 10-15 producers working with exceptional quality, but whose individual lots are too small to stand out even as micro-lots. The combination of all their harvests creates this balanced and high-quality regional blend, with the classic Huehue profile.
This regional batch is unique, and each batch of the blend is completely transparent and traceable back to each of its producers.
We decided to buy the coffee to give them the opportunity to use the extra income they receive from selling at a higher price to reinvest in their farm and wet mills. We constantly work with our producers to help them improve the quality and productivity of their farms.
